• Charbroiled Filet Mignon: a ten ounce Center Cut Black Angus Tenderloin of Beef. Grilled to your preference, served with Frizzled Onions and Sauce Cabernet

• Flounder Oscar: fresh fillet of Flounder, topped with Jumbo Lump Crabmeat, Hollandaise Sauce garnished with poached Asparagus

• Chicken Piccatta: A boneless skinless Chicken Breast, dipped in an egg batter, sauteed and served in a Lemon Butter Sauce with Capers
