History of Fisher’s Tudor House in Bucks County and Philadelphia.
The History of Fisher’s begins in the country of Greece in the 1920’s. Our Grandfather – mine and George’s – Peter Pavlis decided that he wanted a better future. He decided to come to America. He worked in Restaurants, saving every penny. Eventually he opened his first restaurant in Morton, Pennsylvania with 4 stools and 3 booths. That is where we came from. Three generations of restauranteurs. We opened Fisher’s as a Philadelphia Seafood Restaurant in 1961. In 1975 Fisher’s Tudor House opened in Bucks County. That is our History without documenting nearly 100 years of growing. It is now the premier location for events both great and small in Bucks County.
Fisher’s 81,000 square foot facility, in Bensalem, Pennsylvania hosts both exquisite Event facilities and a Seafood restaurant. It offers comfort, beauty, and class with a 21st century devotion to service and details.
Since coming to Bucks County, we have proudly hosted over 15,000 private events, with a great many of them being the most special of all occasions – Weddings. We are thrilled to be able to serve over 300 happy couples a year in our Bucks County Wedding Venue. Our lavish ballrooms are the perfect place for weddings. Additionally we have lovely spaces for ceremonies, cocktail hours and rehearsal dinners. Because our brides are so special to us, we made sure to include special private bride’s dressing rooms adjacent to each of our ballrooms for their convenience.
Fisher’s has large and small Event Rooms.
We have Three ballrooms. Several more intimate event spaces to accommodate smaller, more intimate events. We are happy to accommodate even smaller parties – as few as ten – in our restaurant. Click here to view our Floor Plans.
